By renting a vehicle from Car RentO, you agree to comply with all terms listed here. You must be at least [minimum age] years of age to rent a vehicle. Drivers must present a valid driver’s license and credit card at the time of rental.
The rental period begins when the vehicle is picked up and ends when it is returned. You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented, except for normal wear and tear. Any damages or losses incurred during the rental period are your responsibility.
The vehicle is to be used for personal transportation only. The renter agrees not to use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, towing, or any purpose not agreed upon at the time of rental. The vehicle cannot be driven outside of [specific regions/countries] without written permission.
The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is covered by insurance during the rental period. We may offer additional insurance options, but it is your responsibility to review the coverage.
Rental charges must be paid in full at the time of vehicle pickup. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, loss of keys, or violations of traffic laws.
The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was rented. If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply.
Cancellations must be made [number of hours/days] before the rental period to avoid cancellation fees. Changes to reservations may incur additional charges.
If the vehicle is returned late, additional fees will apply. Please notify us if you anticipate a delay.
The renter is responsible for any traffic violations or parking tickets incurred during the rental period.

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice if the terms are violated.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Noida Juridication.
